Our massage techniques vary according to the client's needs, and may integrate different approaches such as Swedish Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy.

Treatments unique to our practice:
No More Headache -this treatment ends the pain of migraine and other headaches, also relieves pain and numbness in the upper body and relaxes the tension in your neck and shoulders using a combination of Myokinesthetic, Craniosacral and Trigger Point techniques. Includes a brief massage for total of 30 min $50
Upper/Lower Body Relief -using the Myokinesthetic System relieves shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, sciatic pain, hip or knee pain, numbness or muscle weakness in upper or lower body and feet, even helps plantar fasciitis. Treatment tailored to the individual's symptoms. Each session takes less than 20 min fully clothed without oils or lotion. up to 20 min. $35
Far Infrared Sauna - radiant heat relaxes muscles, eases joint stiffness, removes toxins and enhances skin tone. 20 minutes $20 (may add to any massage for $10)

Cold and Flu Season Special - Beat the sniffles with 20 minutes in our Far Infrared Sauna with eucalyptus aromatherapy and a cup of hot Bad Weather Tea. You will feel much better $25.
Ladies' Choice - 15 minutes in the Far Infrared Sauna followed by 45 min of Relaxation Massage and a Paraffin Wax treatment for your hands. allow 60 minutes $70
Lyposauna - A combination of Lypossage with patented contour cream to your problem areas and our Infrared Sauna will help burn those inches away. 45 min per session $95 (10-18 sessions required)

A shower prior to your massage is recommended. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment and enjoy our complementary tea and garden.
